Beep! Beep!

Hello friends!
We’re so excited to be posting today’s puzzle as it’s been a long time in the making. This one is a channel point redemption from one of our favorite stream buds, DragonEngineer97! Dragon is an integral part of the stream community and we couldn’t be happier to have made our first collab cryptic for him. This puzzle has a special theme for DragonEngineer, but it should be solvable by anyone who cares to try it.

Thank you to Steve Mossberg, who provided so much help as we plodded through the construction process. Thank you to Ori Brian as well for the final test solve! Thank you to Dragon for not unfollowing because we took so long to make this thing. 😉
